THE ROLE

We're building Legora's treasury function, and this is the first hire on the team. As our Treasury Analyst in Stockholm, you'll report to the Senior Treasury Manager and be the treasury point of contact during European hours. You'll run day-to-day cash operations, work closely with our banking partners, and help put in place the processes that support our continued global growth. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and room to grow as the function develops.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Run daily cash positioning across Legora's bank accounts, and monitor balances to make sure each entity has the liquidity it needs.

- Prepare and input payments, making sure they're processed accurately and on time.

- Support cash forecasting in partnership with FP&A and Accounting.

- Act as the operational point of contact for our banking partners, especially local banks, during European hours.

- Support opening and maintaining bank accounts as we expand into new markets, including KYC and documentation.

- Manage bank portal users, including adding and removing users and maintaining user groups.

- Track and analyze bank fees, and flag opportunities to reduce costs.

- Partner with Accounting, AR and AP on reconciliations, payment processing, and month-end close.

- Support ERP and treasury technology initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 2+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking operations or a related finance role.

- Hands-on experience with bank portals, payment processes and cash reporting.

- Strong Excel skills, and comfortable working with large data sets.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership and an understanding of treasury workflows.

- A clear communicator who works well with banks and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

- Experience at a high-growth, tech or multi-entity international company.

- Exposure to Nordic or European banking, SEPA payments and multi-currency cash management (SEK/EUR/USD).

- Experience with NetSuite and/or a treasury management system (TMS).

- Interest in automation and AI-enabled finance workflows.
