The Keenfinity Group delivers professional communication and security solutions that connect and protect people and assets. Following its carve-out from the Bosch Group in mid-2025, it operates as independent company within the portfolio of European investment firm Triton. The Group’s four Businesses include Audio delivering professional communication products of the globally renowned brands Bosch, Electro-Voice, Dynacord, RTS and Telex, IQSIGHT Video Systems, Radionix Intrusion & Access, and KEENFINITY Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). In fiscal year 2025, the group generated revenues of over €1 billion and employed approximately 4,000 people across more than 40 countries.
Position Purpose
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development, industrialization and global deployment of advanced assembly and joining technologies across our EMS operations.
The role combines technical leadership, project management and advanced problem solving, with particular expertise in adhesive bonding, gluing, mechanical assembly, fastening, fixtures, tooling and process automation.
The TPM will report directly to the COO and lead the global Assembly & Joining Center of Competence (CoC).
Key Responsibilities
Global Assembly & Joining CoC
Establish global standards, specifications and best practices for:Adhesive bonding and gluing
Screwing and mechanical fastening
Press-fit / snap-fit assembly
Fixtures, tooling and poka-yoke
Dispensing and curing technologies
Assembly automation
Build the technology roadmap and identify new technologies and suppliers.
Develop processes that can be standardized and replicated worldwide.
Technical Project Management
Lead complex projects from concept → process development → validation → SOP → global deployment.
Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement and R&D.
Drive NPI, industrialization and technology transfer between plants.
Ensure robust DFMA, PFMEA and process validation.
Adhesive & Mechanical Technologies
Strong technical capability in:
Adhesive selection and qualification.
Surface preparation and treatment.
Dispensing and curing.
Bond-line and process control.
DOE and process optimization.
Fixtures, jigs and production devices.
Torque-controlled fastening and mechanical assembly.
Automation and error-proofing.
Experience with PC, PC-ABS, ABS, metals, glass and composites is highly desirable.
Advanced Problem Solving
The TPM must be an exceptional hands-on problem solver, capable of leading complex manufacturing issues using:
8D | DMAIC | A3 | RCA | DOE | FMEA | SPC | MSA | Cp/Cpk
The expectation is to move from problem → root cause → countermeasure → validation → robust production release, rather than simply implementing temporary fixes.
Global Deployment
Act as global technical authority for assembly and joining.
Benchmark processes across manufacturing sites.
Support critical production escalations and launches.
Transfer validated technologies between plants.
Build global technical standards, training and lessons learned.
Establish external partnerships with technology suppliers, laboratories and specialized engineering companies
What distinguishes you:
10+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrialization or Technical Project Management.
Strong experience in assembly/joining and adhesive technologies.
Experience in electronics, automotive, industrial, medical or similar high-volume manufacturing.
Proven international project management experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials or Mechatronics Engineering.
Six Sigma / Lean / Project Management qualifications are a plus.
Leadership Profile
The ideal candidate is a technical leader rather than a conventional project manager:
Analytical, structured and strongly data-driven.
Hands-on and comfortable on the shop floor.
Strong technical credibility and communication skills.
Able to challenge assumptions and solve complex problems.
Comfortable working across cultures and global sites.
Able to influence without direct authority.
Strong bias toward standardization, speed and execution.
Success Measures
Global process standardization and replication.
Improvement in FPY, Cpk/Ppk, scrap and rework.
Reduction of recurring technical problems.
Productivity and automation gains.
Successful technology transfers.
Time-to-industrialize new technologies.
Financial impact from process and technology improvements.
Strategic Mission
Develop robust manufacturing technologies once, industrialize them properly, and replicate them worldwide.
The TPM will become the global technical reference for Assembly & Joining, ensuring that best practices and solutions are developed once and leveraged across the entire EMS organization.
