At Keenfinity Group Audio, we are a globally leading provider of innovative professional audio, security and communication solutions. Within our business, globally recognized brands such as Electro-Voice, Dynacord and Telex power communication, collaboration and live experiences around the world.
As part of our Digital & Commercial Excellence organization, we are building a modern, AI-enabled and customer-centric commercial engine that scales with the business, backed directly by Private Equity ownership and a fast, decision-led operating model.
We are seeking a Strategic Program Lead to bring the broad picture and advanced program management discipline to Audio's Commercial Excellence portfolio — Business Process & Operational Excellence, Governance & Operating Model, Organizational Excellence, Data & Performance Management, and AI & Business Automation.
Each pillar has its own owner — the CRM Business Owner, the Service Business Owner and the AI & Business Automation Lead drive their initiatives directly. Your role is to connect them into one coherent plan, surface dependencies and risks across pillars, and bring rigorous project management discipline and end-to-end process understanding to how the portfolio is run.
Acting as the connective layer between Digital, Commercial Excellence and business stakeholders, you will report to the Director Digital & Commercial Transformation, Audio. This role is based in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the master program plan connecting all five Commercial Excellence pillars — Business Process, Governance & Operating Model, Organizational Excellence, Data & Performance, and AI & Automation — including milestones, cross-pillar dependencies and risk log
Apply advanced project management methodology to enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives, from scoping through to benefits realization
Run the monthly business review cadence with clear, consistent status reporting
Follow up with initiative owners on committed deliverables and drive open items through to closure, without taking over their ownership
Bring strong end-to-end process understanding to spot cross-pillar risks and challenge solution design, not only track dates
Prepare executive and investor-ready status reporting, clearly distinguishing progress from plan across the full portfolio
Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders on overall program status and escalations
Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
5–8 years of experience in advanced Program or Project Management within a complex, international organization, ideally certified (PMP, Prince2, PgMP or equivalent)
Very strong, hands-on project management skillset — planning, dependency and risk management, governance cadence — proven on enterprise-wide programs
Deep, genuine understanding of end-to-end business processes across functions, not limited to one domain
Proven track record running executive-level status reporting
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset
Comfortable driving accountability across initiative owners without formal authority over their workstreams, in a fast-moving, Private Equity-owned environment
What We Offer
Direct ownership of a newly created role at the center of Audio's AI transformation
Fast, decision-led environment backed by Private Equity ownership — no legacy bureaucracy
A tight-knit, four-person Digital & Commercial Excellence team with high autonomy and visibility to executive management
The opportunity to shape AI governance and adoption from the ground up across a global business
