Senior Product Manager - Fintech Platform (m/f/n) New

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up. It’s a large-scale, international initiative where product managers will have the opportunity to define core fintech products, shape how they work for millions of users, and build solutions designed to operate at InPost’s scale.

We’re building a lean, highly effective product organization in Poland. We’re looking for strong product managers who take full ownership of their products: deeply understand customers and the market, turn complex problems into clear priorities, and work closely with engineering to deliver solutions that operate at scale. We value a builder mindset: testing ideas quickly, learning from what doesn’t work, and moving fast without losing sight of the bigger picture. We welcome both experienced professionals who have built complex platform or fintech products and earlier-career PMs with strong product instincts. Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/n) to take ownership of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of products or a critical product line. This is a Group-level opportunity with a tangible impact on product direction, business decisions, and strategic initiatives spanning multiple markets and business areas.

In this role, you will connect customer, technology, and business perspectives. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to establish a shared direction and translate product strategy into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Define and own the product vision, goals, roadmap and KPIs in collaboration with key stakeholders

Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and feasibility

Work closely with engineers and designers during sprints to clarify requirements and ensure alignment

Conduct user research and analyze data to validate product decisions

Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, operations, and support teams

Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and measurable results

Facilitate strong cross-functional communication and alignment

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

Requirements (Must have)

3+ years of relevant professional experience in FinTech, e-commerce, financial services, or a related technology-driven industry

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products

Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies

Experience with data analysis tools and techniques

Experience working in Agile and/or Lean environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Fluent English and Polish

Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGTP) in product work such as research, analysis, or prototyping, with the judgment to critically evaluate their outputs

Nice to have

Prior experience with BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) products

Familiarity with financial regulations relevant to payments and lending (e.g. PSD2, consumer credit)

Professional certifications (e.g. Agile, UX, Cloud, PMP, ITIL
