Product Owner (all genders)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Product Owner who understands how to turn real-world problems into intuitive and effective software solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with users, design, and engineering teams to shape products that are not only functional, but truly understood and adopted by customers. You will play a key role in defining workflows, improving usability, and ensuring product quality at every stage of development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the evolution of our products with a strong focus on user needs and usability

Work directly with users and stakeholders to identify, validate, and deeply understand real problems

Translate business and user requirements into structured, actionable product specifications

Prioritize and manage the product backlog in close collaboration with engineering and design teams

Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across the product experience

Collaborate closely with developers and designers to create intuitive and scalable solutions

Analyze workflows and continuously improve user journeys and product interactions

Support product decisions with structured thinking, research, and feedback loops

Your profile

Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role

Strong design background or deep understanding of UX/UI principles

Experience working on digital products or software platforms

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Strong communication skills and the ability to align different stakeholders

High attention to detail and strong quality standards

Experience working directly with users and customers

Ability to structure complex topics and translate them into practical solutions

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to Have

Experience working in SaaS or B2B software environments

Familiarity with Agile product development processes

Experience with tools such as Figma, Jira, or Confluence

Technical understanding of software development workflows

Experience conducting user interviews or usability testing
