Lead Product & Process Architect (all genders)

Your Responsibilities as Lead Product & Process Architect

Understand customers & identify needs: Direct communication with customers to identify real requirements and pain points

Simplify processes: Translate complex workflows into clear and intuitive user experiences

Develop solutions: Independently design functional and visual product solutions

Own projects: Lead initiatives and ensure proper execution across teams

Reduce complexity: Challenge existing concepts and consistently simplify processes and designs

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with design and development teams as a key decision-maker

Business-driven thinking: Continuously improve products from both a user and business perspective

Your Profile

At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable environment

Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a technical background

Excellent German skills at native level (C2)

Strong understanding of business processes and economic relationships

Ability to structure and communicate complex topics clearly and effectively

Experience in independently designing products or processes

Solution-oriented working style with a high level of ownership

Clear and convincing communication skills (internally and externally)

High quality standards regarding usability and simplicity

Nice to have

Experience in UX/UI design

Experience in B2B software environments
