Your Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
Management and optimization of fast-closing processes to ensure timely reporting
Use of DATEV and LucaNet for accounting, consolidation, and financial analysis
Analysis and commentary on financial key figures, working closely with management
Ensuring structured, accurate, and timely financial reporting
Supporting projects related to accounting and financial process improvements
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting/Finance, or a commercial qualification with further certification (e.g., Certified Accountant IHK)
At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (HGB and/or IFRS)
Proficiency in DATEV and experience with LucaNet
Experience with fast-closing processes and timely preparation of financial statements
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
Team-oriented, reliable, and strong communication skills
Professional proficiency in German (minimum C1 level)
