Your Responsibilities

Independently manage and assess legal matters relevant to the business while providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders across various departments.

Support the preparation of annual and interim financial statements in close collaboration with external tax advisors and auditors.

Take ownership of receivables management, including the legal assessment, review, and support of debt collection processes.

Implement, further develop, and monitor compliance with data protection and corporate compliance policies.

Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external legal advisors and service providers where required.

Your Profile

Successfully completed a law degree (First State Examination), a degree in Business Law, or a comparable legal qualification.

At least two years of professional experience in a legal or corporate legal environment.

Native-level German language proficiency (C2), both written and spoken.

Solid knowledge of the GDPR and a strong interest in data protection issues related to software, cloud services, and AI applications.

Initial experience in contract drafting, review, and contract management is an advantage.

Strong technical affinity and interest in digital business models.

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.

Nice to Have

Experience with Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

Knowledge of SaaS, software licensing, or IT law.

Exposure to AI-related privacy and data protection matters.
