JOIN THE TEAM BUILDING AN AI-FIRST COMPANY.
Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.
AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas.
If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.
Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles https://www.hostinger.com/principles
YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER
Hostinger is scaling fast, and our Legal team plays a key role in making that growth possible. We're looking for a commercially minded legal professional who can navigate complex legal challenges, balance risk with business needs, and help teams move forward with confidence.
If you enjoy working where legal meets strategy, and where your work actually moves things forward - this role is for you.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Own the full contract lifecycle: Draft, review, negotiate, and close a wide range of contracts - software, technology, marketing, advertising, intragroup, and vendor agreements.
- Provide practical legal guidance: Advise on marketing, advertising, intellectual property, consumer-related regulatory requirements, and other legal matters affecting our products and business.
- Be a real partner to the business: Work closely with product, marketing, and other teams to understand their needs, assess legal risks, and find practical, commercially sound solutions.
- Contribute to strategic projects: Participate in cross-functional and international projects supporting Hostinger's growth and evolving business needs.
- Build legal infrastructure that scales: Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, contract management systems, and a knowledge base that help fast-growing teams move with confidence.
- AI & legal tech: Use AI tools and legal tech in your day-to-day work, proactively identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve legal processes.
YOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE
- Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) and at least 5 years of legal experience post-graduation
- Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
- Ability to translate dense legalese into clear, actionable guidance that business teams actually understand - and you thrive when the path forward is ambiguous
- Strong legal risk assessment skills - keeping an eye on the bigger picture while staying detail-oriented
- Naturally curious and self-directed - when you hit an unfamiliar issue, you dig in rather than wait for answers
- Organized, pragmatic, and a strong communicator; you've operated in fast-moving environments and know how to juggle priorities across multiple teams
- Experience in intellectual property, patents, or marketing and advertising matters would be a plus.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian

About Hostinger
Hostinger is a Lithuanian web-hosting company, and one of the largest engineering employers in the Baltics: Vilnius carries most of its board, with Kaunas and remote posts in Poland alongside. The board is big and heavily commercial — a third of its open European roles are marketing — but the engineering under it is real, in Node backend work, SRE, data and the AI builder product.
