Senior UX Design Manager, YouTube Studio and Support

You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management leaders to align business goals with design innovation, leveraging your passion for brand, craft, and execution.

Drive the long-term User Experience (UX) goal for YouTube Studio and Creator Support, ensuring alignment across YouTube.

Lead and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary UX team across Zurich and Bangalore, fostering a collaborative culture.

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content Design to influence stakeholders and align regional strategies.

Advocate for scalable design systems while leveraging AI capabilities to enhance creator workflows and experience consistency.

Maintain high visual and interaction quality standards while making informed product decisions grounded in creator needs.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in product design or UX.

5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.

3 years of work experience working with executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
