International Non Financial Reporting Analyst

As a member of this team, you know your accounting principles and the full accounting process end to end. You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and you'll review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €86000 - €88000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Support the interpretation, implementation and reporting alignment for mandatory global ESG frameworks (such as CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, and local equivalents).

Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Finance, Legal, Data Centers, Real Estate, Supply Chain, and People Operations to document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support internal controls over non-financial data.

Assist in day-to-day coordination with third-party ESG consultants and auditors.

Maintain structured audit trails, workpapers, and documentation standards to support statutory external verification and compliance reviews.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of relevant experience in corporate ESG reporting, sustainability compliance, financial analysis, or non-financial audit.

Experience organizing cross-functional workflows, managing datasets, and preparing audit-ready documentation.

Experience applying ESG reporting frameworks or standards (e.g., CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, GHG Protocol) in a professional or corporate setting.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience within the tech sector, hyperscale data center operations, or multinational supply chain environments.

Excellent people skills, attention to detail, organized and thorough, with a desire for continuous improvement.

Excellent project management, verbal communication, analytical and written skills.
