3 years of attorney-level experience from an international law firm or as an in-house lawyer in the global corporation, with a focus on IT, internet, online media and telecoms type related issues.
Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Expertise in conducting end-to-end legal reviews and due diligence for hyper-innovative product launches, specifically focused on artificial intelligence models and features.
Ability to direct external law firms, coordinate localized legal work, and manage allocated budgets and resources efficiently.
Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and execute complex, high-value commercial agreements with major private-sector companies and public-sector institutions.
Demonstrated success collaborating directly with executive business leads, engineering, product development, and marketing teams.
Strong leadership capacity to operate as a self-directed, permanent legal owner managing a broad, fast-moving regional footprint.
About Google
Google runs core product engineering out of London, Dublin, Zurich, Warsaw and Munich — not support functions. Zurich is one of its largest engineering sites anywhere, and Warsaw has grown substantially. The bar is high and the process is long, but these are genuine product teams.
