As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €92000 - €94000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on enabling Google's data center teams to operate at scale.

Run the gamut of responsibility from headcount and hiring planning, to ushering complex projects through the entire lifecycle.

Oversee projects as they often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, requiring you to keep all players coordinated on progress and deadlines to ultimately enable Google's data center operations teams.

Manage project schedules, proactively identify risks to on-time delivery, and clearly communicate goals and status to key stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

2 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.

Experience creating visual presentations.

Experience in project management and communications.

Experience in customer service and working with technical management teams.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree in a technical field, or 5 years of experience in supply chain or large-scale operations.

Experience in program management, driving projects end-to-end.

Comfort with ambiguity, with a demonstrated ability to structure vague problems into actionable plans and clear goals.

Proactive risk management and strong problem-solving skills.

Exercises independent judgment, takes full ownership of program outcomes, and proactively drives process improvements to enhance velocity and efficiency.
