A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager on the Google Arts and Culture team, you will drive external momentum and foster relationships within the cultural and technology sectors. You will act as a strategic partner to the vice president and senior leads, ensuring that executive interactions are impactful, seamless, and aligned with long-term communication goals.

Support the development and execution of external engagement strategies for GAC leadership with partners, cultural leaders, and public policy executives.

Shape and prepare high-quality briefings and coordinate logistics for GAC leadership for external engagements and strategic trips. Drive the development of narratives and other external communications for strategic GAC initiatives, including drafting speeches and high-stakes executive messaging.

Liaison with internal teams and external partners to review and triage engagement requests, ensuring they align with strategic priorities.

Manage partnerships, program lifecycles, establish and track program metrics, and identify opportunities to improve tools and processes for team efficiency.

Identify and act upon strategic opportunities to position GAC leadership as thought leaders in the intersection of AI and culture.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in executive support, outreach, or communications.

2 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience managing cross-functional projects and senior stakeholder relationships.

Experience working directly with executive leaders to drive objectives.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience creating external narratives and writing speeches.

About Google

Google runs core product engineering out of London, Dublin, Zurich, Warsaw and Munich — not support functions. Zurich is one of its largest engineering sites anywhere, and Warsaw has grown substantially. The bar is high and the process is long, but these are genuine product teams.
