Ireland: €72000 - €73500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Support Linux machines across the globe to ensure the reliability of Google’s content delivery and compute infrastructure.

Partner regularly with partner Internet Service Provider (ISPs) to provide remote troubleshooting and Internet Protocol (IP) networking support.

Perform as part of a follow-the-sun operations team via a roster during Dublin core hours.

Identify and implement projects to automate and improve support, and onboard new hardware and services.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams, hardware vendors, product managers, and partners.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience with system automation and coding (e.g., Go, Python, etc.).

2 years of experience with troubleshooting across Linux and networking.

2 years of experience with Linux/Unix administration and internals.

Preferred qualifications:

Understanding of internet peering/routing topologies (e.g., BGP), and front-end development.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
