As the Director of Devices and Services Marketing for the UK and Ireland (UKI), you will be responsible for defining and delivering the consumer and commercial marketing strategy across our hardware and services portfolio, including Pixel, Home & Health, and Gemini-powered features. You will drive brand love, consumer consideration, and commercial performance in one of Google’s most critical commercial markets.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end go-to-market execution, integrating brand activations with retail, carrier, and digital sales channels. You will partner closely with UKI Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership, regional EMEA marketing leadership, and global product teams to advocate for the voice of the UKI consumer to shape product launch strategies, including demand generation and demand capture to grow market share across key telco and retail partner ecosystems.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Lead the integrated brand and commercial go-to-market strategy for Google’s Devices & Services portfolio (Pixel, Nest/Home, Health, and Gemini) across the UK & Ireland while elevating Pixel’s market positioning and full-funnel brand health to drive awareness, consideration, NPS, and premium perception.

Deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns and high-profile partnerships to inspire switchers and foster ecosystem loyalty.

Direct joint marketing and retail activations across third-party carriers, retailers, and the Google Store to ensure premium visibility and strong sell-through.

Represent Google in executive negotiations with key UKI commercial partners, aligning internal cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners to execute cohesive marketing programs.

Build, coach, and inspire an inclusive, high-performing team of brand and channel marketers.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

15 years of experience in marketing, working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).

10 years of experience with people management.

Experience managing and influencing teams across multiple products and interfacing with multiple internal/external constituencies (e.g., agencies, global marketing teams, country marketing teams, partners, product management).

Experience presenting to audiences of senior decision makers.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working in the carrier, retail or mobile device manufacturing industries with strong partnership skills.

Ability to represent an organization at the highest levels with customers, partners, events, and industry.

Experience in leading a high-performing team, who can influence global teams in a multi-billion dollar business, and a demonstrated ability in leading complex retail initiatives.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

About Google

Google runs core product engineering out of London, Dublin, Zurich, Warsaw and Munich — not support functions. Zurich is one of its largest engineering sites anywhere, and Warsaw has grown substantially. The bar is high and the process is long, but these are genuine product teams.
