Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Design web development features for the Google Meet product.

Work closely with PM and UX to develop delightful user experiences.

Work with engineers across the video organization to build features end to end.

Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.

Work with Agentic Coding techniques and tools.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.

3 years of experience with front-end and user interface development.

3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software product.

1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.

1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.

Experience developing accessible technologies.
