Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Germany: €116000 - €118000 (EUR) + 60% bonus target

Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders among the largest international Retail and eCommerce players in Germany to understand their core business issues and marketing objectives.

Structure clear, long-term joint strategies, such as Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and lead cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Support to drive client success and achieve shared goals.

Deliver innovative commercial growth solutions across the entire Google product suite, focusing on Search, YouTube, and Measurement to help clients meet their business objectives.

Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear, actionable insights.

Drive thought leadership projects and act as a bridge between sectors and clusters to ensure that innovations and best practices are effectively scaled.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Experience with Google product experts to develop and deliver innovative advertising solutions.

Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.

Ability to communicate in German fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
