Drive the acquisition and onboarding of high-value clients within the affiliate and publisher ecosystem by defining the commercial strategy, managing the entire life-cycle, and ensuring the long-term success of newly partnered businesses with Google.
Manage the full sales cycle, from targeted prospecting within the affiliate and publisher space to agreement negotiation and closure, and own the critical six month post-closure relationship management phase, ensuring a seamless, high-performance transition.
Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential affiliate and publisher clients through cross-functional collaboration with internal sales, onboarding, agency, and marketing teams to execute outreach.
Secure high-impact business agreements through expert-level outbound prospecting, deep consultative selling, stakeholder education, persuasive pitching, and relationship orchestration.
Leverage the full Google marketing suite and provide specialist consultation to clients, helping to utilize the full spectrum of Google's marketing solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in outbound sales.
2 years of experience in affiliate or publisher marketing.
Ability to communicate in English and either Dutch or one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) to manage client relationships in this area.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Demonstrated understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
Ability to grow in a team environment and comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
