Perform an array of advanced administrative tasks (including but not limited to managing calendars, booking travel, expenses, and scheduling facilities, or equipment).
Serve as an advocate and role model of Google's culture by helping to develop and cultivate excitement, positivity, and productivity in the organization. Manage small projects and/or onsites.
Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events, and activities.
Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partners (ABP) team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, activities, or projects.
Act as a point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately managing confidential information as necessary
Minimum qualifications:
Administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Ability to communicate in Dutch and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices, and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
Effective problem-solving, financial modeling, and analysis skills, combined with excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
