We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: €114000 - €116000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Discover customer measurement needs by understanding clients annual and quarterly goals.
Analyze existing third-party (3P) partner landscape and measurement tech infrastructure of clients in a privacy-safe manner.
Participate in ideation, design and delivery of joint services plan.
Act as a consulting partner for ads measurement and data ingestion needs.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in technical support for web technologies in a customer-facing role.
Experience troubleshooting implementation issues, such as diagnosing critical product bugs impacting data flow.
Experience advising internal and external stakeholders (like developer teams) on the end-to-end process life-cycle.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Chrome Dev Tools, and working with APIs.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Expertise in setting up Google Tag Gateway (GTG), Enhanced Conversions (EC), Google Analytics (GA4), Consent Mode, and Tagging (including server-side tagging and API integrations).
A deep understanding of Google and competitor ads products, as well as the broader privacy-safe measurement landscape.
