Oversee facility refurbishments and renovation projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required standards
Manage and maintain the CAFM system, keeping facility, asset, maintenance, and vendor data accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
Lead environmental and sustainability reporting for the HQ - collecting, validating, and submitting energy, water, waste, and emissions data in coordination with landlords, utility providers, and internal teams
Administer vendor contracts and serve as the primary on-site contact - coordinating estimates, installations, repairs, and regulatory inspections
Support annual budget planning and variance analysis for facilities projects, liaising with Procurement to ensure compliance with purchasing policies
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers, occupants, landlords, and service partners, ensuring service requests are handled promptly and professionally
