Shop Employee - FlixBus Shop Paris-Bercy (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in France, we are looking for a motivated and driven Shop Employee (m/f/d) for our FlixBus Shop at the Paris Bercy station. You will support the day-to-day running of the shop, deliver high-quality service to our passengers, and help ensure smooth operations throughout your shift.

This is a fixed-term contract from 12 October to 31 October 2026, working on a shift basis across the full week, including weekdays and weekends.

About the Role

Sell tickets and process reservations, cancellations, and changes using our sales systems

Provide high-quality service to passengers, assisting with check-in and offering clear travel information

Handle cash and card payments reliably, ensuring correct daily reconciliation

Monitor bus departures and arrivals, and communicate any delays or changes to passengers

Support smooth day-to-day station operations in coordination with colleagues and station teams

About You

Enjoys helping people and delivers friendly, patient customer service

Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player

Stays calm and solution-oriented during busy periods

Comfortable using computers and digital tools

Available to work shifts from Monday to Sunday during the contract period

Fluent in French and English
