Your Role at Eye
- Take ownership of, and continue to grow, an existing team of Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer: hiring, onboarding, and developing talent to scale.
- Coach your team through the full new business cycle; from cold outreach and qualification to negotiation and close. Lead by example on strategic new business opportunities.
- Drive regional revenue targets, maintain forecast accuracy, and run deal reviews using MEDDPICC.
- Support your team on tough negotiations, step into strategic deals to help them close.
- Work with MSPs and brokers to expand the pipeline, execute tier-up strategy, and unlock new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, work with Solutions Engineering on technical support.
- Report pipeline, forecast, and team performance to the Regional Sales Director.
Who You Are
- At least 1 year of experience leading team of Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition within a SaaS B2B environment.
- You have experience with MSP, VAR, or reseller ecosystems. You understand how to partner effectively and help partners grow.
- Background in a new business commercial role with software or cybersecurity sales. Strong at discovery, qualification, and value-based conversations.
- You work with frameworks like MEDDPICC. You know when and how to apply them.
- You're comfortable with forecasts, pipelines, and metrics. You make decisions based on data.
- You work well across teams, handle uncertainty, and bring people together.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written. Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.

About Eye Security
Eye Security sells cyber insurance bundled with the monitoring to earn it, from The Hague and Berlin, across the Benelux, DACH and Nordic markets. Most of what is open is commercial — account executives, partner managers, HR — with a junior security consultant and a small amount of product engineering among them.
