Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a 24/7 Automated Operations Engineer to ensure the continuous availability, stability and performance of customer services through the effective execution of proactive and reactive operational activities.

The role is responsible for maintaining service quality in line with agreed Service Level Agreements while contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will:

• Provide continuous 24/7 operational support, maintaining phone availability and collaborating closely with field operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Managing the tickets in SLA and troubleshooting network faults in alignment with SLAs/KPIs.

• Ensuring quality in ticket handling, emails and incidents management by following established procedures.

• Maintain a customer-centric approach across all communication channels, including emails, calls and trouble tickets, ensuring professional and effective stakeholder engagement.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Good understanding of telecommunications network architecture and technologies

• Good knowledge of the PDH domain

• Spanish proficiency of at least B1 level

• Ability to react quickly

• Availability to work in shifts (day and night) & public holidays

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret and evaluate technical information.

• Demonstrated initiative, perseverance, teamwork, self-confidence and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

• Problem solving & critical thinking

• Clear and effective communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
