With more than 5 million microwave radio units delivered to date, MINI-LINK stands as one of the most successful and far-reaching product portfolios in the telecommunications industry.

Our Microwave organization within the Budapest R&D Center is setting up a new HW development team for MINI-LINK product family to further expand our already existing capabilities in Sweden. We are now seeking a skilled and motivated PCB layout designer to join our team and play a key technical leadership role in the design and development of electronics that power this globally trusted product.

What you will do:

As a PCB layout designer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of high-quality printed circuit boards that power one of the most widely deployed microwave solutions in the world. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing printed circuit board layouts in line with technical requirements and product specifications

Ensuring PCB layout quality throughout the development process and managing the handover for manufacturing

Collaborating closely with adjacent domains — including electronics, power electronics, mechanical, thermal, and system design — to optimize layout decisions and drive the best possible outcomes

The skills you bring:

A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, or a related field

Solid knowledge of PCB layout methodology, ways of working, and industry-standard tools

A good understanding of adjacent engineering domains, including electronics, power electronics, mechanical, thermal, and system design

Familiarity with or eagerness to develop a deep understanding of the MINI-LINK product portfolio

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-team environment

The ability to deliver quality output independently and within a team, while also supporting and guiding colleagues

A results-oriented attitude with high engagement
