About this opportunity:
The IMS GWs organization is strengthening its capabilities as we prepare for the upcoming high-impact cIMS / CN SBG releases. This position will help ensure strong support for our products as they reach the market, while also contributing to and driving our transformation toward AI-Native R&D.
Join an experienced SBG R&D organization working on complex telecommunications systems in a multi-customer environment. You will strengthen system expertise, solve challenging technical issues and contribute to the continuous evolution of our SBG product and AI-Native ambitions.
What you will do:
Analyze complex system-level issues and drive root-cause investigations.
Provide technical expertise on SBG architecture and system behaviour.
Support teams with challenging technical problems and customer escalations.
Collaborate across technical domains to maintain high product quality.
Contribute to capturing and sharing system knowledge to support AI-Native R&D.
The skills you bring:
Deep telecommunications and SBG system expertise.
Strong Erlang programming skills.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, hands-on mindset and strong collaboration skills.
The ability to understand complex systems and adapt to new technical domains.
