About this opportunity:

Join Ericsson’s product engineering unit RAN Performance as an SP Driver!

RAN Performance is part of Ericsson BA Networks and plays an important role in end-to-end Baseband software product development. Our unit helps secure critical customer commitments, evolve RAN architecture towards 6G, maintain performance leadership, and much more.

A Solution Package (SP) is a software feature that can be deployed in customer networks. As an SP Driver, you will act as a technical project manager, supporting the end-to-end delivery of an SP from requirements and specifications through design, development, testing, and customer deployment.

We are especially interested in candidates who are early in their career and ready to take the next step in a role where curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to learn are valued.

What you will do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, systems, and programs to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. You will help drive the content, timeline, and quality of the developed feature Solution Package (SP).

Support the prioritization of user stories within the feature SP.

Lead the SP through all process milestones, from pre-study to final delivery.

Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies early.

Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to support transparency and alignment.

Measure and report on project performance, making adjustments as needed to support successful delivery.

Contribute to feature development and continuous improvement in line with Agile and Lean methodologies.

The skills you bring:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an interest in working closely with different teams and stakeholders.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand complex information and make informed decisions.

Self-driven with a focus on overall results, including the ability to remove obstacles to ensure feature release.

Curiosity and willingness to build the technical skills needed to understand Ericsson products and the product development process.

A master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
