As a FP&A Manager you will play a crucial role in our team as the Epidemic Group continues to scale. Your role will be to bring structure, insight and analytical rigor to how we track and forecast the business - helping senior management make sound, well-informed decisions as we grow.

- This role helps shape and expand a forward-thinking FP&A function, building the financial processes and structures that scale with the business.

- Your analysis, reporting and forecasting will directly inform how senior management understands and acts on business performance.

- You’ll be part of the FP&A team, reporting to the VP Financial & Business Performance based at our head office in Södermalm, Stockholm.

- You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization - from business teams to senior management.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

- Financial management reporting, including monthly reporting to senior management

- Budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis

- Revenue and cost monitoring in close collaboration with the business

- KPI reporting and visualization

- Ad-hoc business performance reporting and financial process development

- Contribute to team OKRs to ensure initiatives, processes and programs are achieved

- Stay up to date with trends and best practices within the field

REQUIREMENTS

- University degree in Economics or Business Administration

- Experience working as a Business Controller, preferably in a global and/or rapidly scaling organization

- Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes and build scalable financial processes

- Strong communication skills and an outgoing, curious mindset, with the ability to prioritize and plan your own time effectively

- Advanced user of Excel

- Fluent in English, written and spoken (our corporate language)

It would also be music to our ears if you have experience from an international and/or publicly listed context, and/or from subscription-based (SaaS) businesses.
