THE JOURNEY

1. Forecast Execution & Monitoring

Own riders demand forecasts at city-hour level, tracking forecast accuracy and continuously optimize performance.

Collaborate with local teams to collect insights and make decisions on application of them.

2. Data, Tools & Process Improvement

Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics and trends.

Simplify and automate forecasting processes, collaborating with tech teams to implement scalable solutions.

3. Operational Insights & Recommendations

Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for rider allocation, operational planning, and efficiency optimization.

Collaborate with local operations and other stakeholders to validate forecasts and identify proactive adjustments.

Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to improve resource planning and overall service performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics or a related field.

1-2 years in a business-facing analytical role such as business analysis, operations or planning analytics, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces or the gig economy.

Strong business acumen: you understand what drives demand and supply in an operational business and can connect an analysis to a concrete decision or outcome.

Experience building or maintaining forecasts (demand, supply, capacity or financial), including tracking accuracy and explaining variance in plain language.

Comfortable working with data and using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets to investigate problems, identify trends, and support business decisions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable taking a problem from definition to analysis to recommendation.
