As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing our business in Austria — whether that means opening new doors, scaling existing partnerships, or building a high-performing sales team. This is your chance to step into a role where your impact is visible, measurable, and actually matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive commercial growth across your market

Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Analyze performance and continuously optimize your sales strategy

Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, operations, product)

Potentially lead and develop a local sales team

Solid experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships

A track record of hitting — and exceeding — targets

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically

Confidence in negotiations and stakeholder management

Fluent German and strong English skills

Experience from fast-paced environments (scale-ups, retail, FMCG, marketplaces, etc.) is a plus
