Drive sales forecasting and pipeline management in close partnership with sales leadership, improving forecast accuracy, pipeline quality and overall sales productivity
Lead weekly review cadences with the local sales organization and the EMEA board sponsor, including forecast alignment calls, business reviews and sales management calls

Steer annual sales planning and the two-yearly forecast rounds for the region, working closely with Finance & Management
Drive digitalization and automation of reporting and forecasting (e.g., dashboards, CRM-based analyses), and champion continuous improvement by sharing best practices across countries with Headquarters
Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects such as target-setting processes and system migrations, and represent the team in cross-functional committees
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Business Analytics or Project Management, ideally with regional or cross-country responsibility
Initial experience in the functional or line management of a team, or a strong readiness and motivation to take on this responsibility
Strong team spirit, leadership skills and results orientation
Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers, with confident use of CRM and BI tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language across all levels of hierarchy and across country and cultural boundaries. German language skills are a plus
A structured, self-directed way of working and high resilience during the onboarding and transition phase

About Dassault Systemes
Dassault Systèmes builds the 3D design and simulation software — CATIA, SolidWorks — that much of the world's aerospace, automotive and industrial engineering runs on. France carries the large majority of its European roles, with London, Munich and Stuttgart as smaller clusters; sales, ML, marketing and finance currently outnumber core software roles on the board.
