Lead Communications Architect

At CesiumAstro, we are developers and pioneers of out-of-the-box communication systems for satellites, UAVs, launch vehicles, and other space and airborne platforms. We take pride in our dynamic and cross-functional work environment, which allows us to learn, develop, and engage across our organization. If you are looking for hands-on, interactive, and autonomous work, CesiumAstro is the place for you. We are actively seeking passionate, collaborative, energetic, and forward-thinking individuals to join our team.

We are currently looking to add a Lead Communications Architect to join our Munich, Germany office. As a Lead Communications Architect at CesiumAstro, you will serve as the senior technical authority for phased array RF systems for the Munich Office. You will own the end-to-end architecture and detailed design of complex communication systems -from concept through prototype and into production -working closely with our engineering team while operating with significant autonomy. This role sits outside of any single functional department and requires both exceptional technical depth and the ability to lead and influence across teams.
