UX Designer New

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join strategic digital transformation initiatives focused on travel assistance and medical provider services. You will play a key role in designing user-centered experiences for provider portals, geotracking solutions, and operational platforms, collaborating closely with Product, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives for complex digital products.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and insight synthesis.

Create personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Design high-fidelity interfaces and interactive experiences in Figma.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.

Promote accessibility and inclusive design standards.

Present design recommendations and influence product decisions based on user needs.

Contribute to iterative design improvements within Agile environments.

Project Scope

Enhancement of a Medical Provider Portal for Travel Services.

Geotracking solution for towing services (Truck Pilot).

Go&Assist provider mission management.

Document upload workflows.

Quotation handling and related user journeys.

Required Experience

4 to 7+ years of hands-on UX Design experience.

Proven experience leading complex design projects from concept to delivery.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.

Required Skills

Expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.

Strong knowledge of UX methodologies and best practices.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
