At bsport we empower the Wellness Industry with an all-in-one platform that combines boutique fitness and advanced technology. Our platform enables our partners to manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success.

Join bsport at one of the most exciting stages of its journey: backed by €30 million in funding, the company is accelerating its international expansion and redefining the future of fitness and wellness tech.

The role

You will own every quality or bug case that Level 1 cannot resolve, acting as the main point of contact for the client until the case is closed. While the CQA Specialist and the Product team own the bug and its resolution, you will own the client relationship, keep them informed, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

What you will own

First investigation of escalated cases

Is it a bug, a configuration issue or a usage question? Check Back Office settings, reproduce, search existing Linear tickets.

Configuration and usage issues: solve them with the client directly.

Bug intake into the CQA workflow (Slack, Notion, Linear)

Tag and link the Intercom conversation.

Comment on the existing Linear ticket, or create a new one with the template and full replication steps.

Client ownership

Owner named the same day; client updated every 48 hours; loop closed when the fix ships.

Patterns

Repeat issues grouped with the number of clients affected, shared with Borja every week.

You would be great fit if you have

Relevant experience: 1+ year in technical support or software QA.

A methodical mindset: You know how to reproduce issues, investigate their causes, and write clear, actionable bug reports.

Strong communication skills: You keep clients informed with clarity and empathy, even when a fix isn’t available yet.

Language skills: Fluent in English, plus French or Spanish.

Nice to have: Experience with Linear or Jira, familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or integrations (ClassPass, Wellpass, USC, Wellhub), and previous experience in a SaaS environment.

About Bsport

bsport builds the booking, payments and membership platform behind boutique fitness and yoga studios, from Barcelona with a Paris engineering site. The board splits about evenly: a large sales org hiring by language market in Barcelona, and genuine engineering — backend, frontend and applied science on the AI side — in Barcelona and Paris.
