About our team:

We are building a new enterprise-wide IT Asset Management and End-of-Life capability within Core Platforms and the ServiceNow team.

The capability will improve how Booking.com understands its technology landscape, manages ownership and lifecycle information, and reduces EOL and technology risk across infrastructure, cloud, network, enterprise software and selected AI-related assets.

ServiceNow will provide the core control, workflow and evidence layer, integrating with platforms such as LeanIX, Collibra and SAP, alongside Booking.com’s internal inventory systems and other sources of record.

Role overview:

Turn a complex enterprise programme into measurable results

As Enterprise ITAM and EOL Technical Programme Manager, you will turn the agreed roadmap into coordinated delivery across Booking.com.

You will bring together the teams, decisions, dependencies and commitments needed to improve technology visibility, data quality, ownership, lifecycle management, EOL remediation and assurance.

This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile, enterprise-wide programme with direct impact on how Booking.com manages technology risk.

You will work across Technology, Business Units, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Audit. You will create clarity, maintain momentum and influence delivery across teams without direct line-management responsibility.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Translate the ITAM and EOL roadmap into an integrated delivery plan with clear outcomes, milestones, owners and dependencies.

Coordinate delivery across ServiceNow, enterprise inventory systems, systems of record and the teams that own them.

Manage programme scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and Business Unit commitments.

Establish effective governance, reporting and delivery routines.

Maintain visibility of progress against outcomes, including coverage, ownership, data quality, remediation and assurance.

Coordinate adoption of ITAM and EOL processes across BHFS and other agreed priority areas.

Work with Platform Owners, Service Owners and Business Units on ownership, attestation, remediation and exception management.

Support prioritisation of the highest-risk and most business-critical asset and service domains.

Escalate blockers and ownership gaps, ensuring decisions are made at the right level.

Support the transition of delivered processes and controls into sustainable BAU ownership.

Role Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional technology programmes involving multiple teams, platforms or Business Units.

Experience managing integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions.

Experience working with technical teams across infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, security, architecture or service management.

Understanding of IT Asset Management, CMDB, ServiceNow, software lifecycle management, cloud governance or technology risk.

Ability to understand technical dependencies and turn them into clear delivery actions.

Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including the ability to build alignment without direct authority.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise reporting for senior stakeholders.

A pragmatic, organised and outcome-focused approach.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience delivering an enterprise capability or operating model from the ground up.

Experience with EOL remediation, technology risk or audit readiness.

Experience with ServiceNow, LeanIX, Collibra, SAP or other enterprise inventory and systems-of-record platforms.
