The Role: Booking Holdings B.V. (BHBV) Front-Office Treasury team is looking for a Treasury Dealer to help execute on the Company's FX Hedging programme. The position forms an integral part of the Front Office FX team, which sits within a global Treasury covering the globe and consisting of 50+ people. The preferred candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant FX experience, preferably from a large international corporate organisation and/ or a Bank with global FX dealing capabilities.

Reporting to the Director - FX, the preferred candidate should have a high attention to detail and be accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, while working collaboratively with various internal and external teams to successfully meet agreed deliverables.

You will be key in the execution of the company’s FX hedging strategies and play an active role around all FX related activities such as reporting, KYC requests and the analysis of FX results. You will also be the main contact point for trade execution and escalation in case of settlement issues encountered by the Treasury Middle Office team, whilst assisting the Cash Management function with FX conversions for repatriation and funding purposes as well as manage banking relationships. You will increasingly leverage data analytics and automation/AI tools to enhance the speed and accuracy of

FX reporting and analysis. Due to the rapid and continuous growth of the organisation, the tasks and duties of this role will evolve over time. You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and challenge yourself to take on additional projects and responsibilities as they present themselves.

Key responsibilities:

Active role in the execution of FX deals for multiple Group entities, in order to hedge foreign currency exposures, repatriate and fund cash accounts, and distribute local dividends;

Ensure that trades are correctly captured in the Company’s S4 ERP system, liaising with the Treasury Middle Office team to facilitate the smooth settlement of all transactions;

Support with the completion of all FX documentation, satisfying local banking and regulatory requirements (eg Dodd-Frank, EMIR, ISDA);

Deliver various month end reports and cover analytical tasks connected to both FX transactions, ensuring the accuracy of data in all reported material;

Assist in the analysis, development and documentation of forward looking plans, procedures and controls related to FX deal execution;

Review, maintain and enhance Front Office related policies, guidelines and desk

procedures;

Manage relationships with FX banking partners including due diligence, monitoring, performance, compliance and trade execution;

Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Corporate Accounting, Payments Operations, Fintech, Tax and Risk & Control teams) in order to satisfy evolving business requirements;

Provide the Director and Senior Director of Front Office with support with ad-hoc tasks related to FX and investment related queries;

Actively contribute to the team by identifying and proposing changes to both internal and external processes in order to increase compliance, efficiency and generate cost reductions;

Skills and Experience required:

3-5 years of relevant FX experience, preferably from a large international corporate organisation and/ or a Bank with global FX dealing capabilities;

In depth knowledge and experience of capital, FX and IR markets;

Proven experience of trading complex currency derivatives including Options, Forwards, NDFs, Swaps and Spots;

Must possess strong capital markets and accounting acumen;

Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and interpret complex analytical results is required. Working familiarity with programming logic and query structure (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA) is expected, with hands-on coding and scripting capability considered a significant advantage.

Proficiency with AI tools and an automation-focused mindset is a must;

Systems knowledge; SAP ERP/TMS, Bloomberg, FXALL, S&P Capital IQ, Tableau;

Excellent analytical and modelling skills as well as strong proficiency in Excel;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others;

Proactive and capable of working independently as well as working in a team;
