About the role

As Pricing Manager you will own the strategic direction of pricing, experimentation, and data-driven growth across B2B partner channels. You will shape how we identify and capture commercial opportunities, translate complex analysis into clear business decisions, and turn those decisions into measurable impact.

Working across Commercial, Product, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, and partner organizations, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will lead high-impact initiatives across markets, challenge assumptions constructively, and create alignment around the choices that matter most for sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the B2B pricing strategy, including optimization opportunities, and repeatable approaches that can scale across partners and markets.

Execute experimentation end to end, including opportunity sizing, hypothesis development, test design, success measures, and post-test actions.

Evaluate pricing and growth opportunities through rigorous analysis, including elasticity, incrementality, customer and partner behavior, and financial impact assessment.

Translate ambiguous commercial questions into structured analyses, clear recommendations, and practical execution plans.

Serve as an advisor to senior internal and external stakeholders, surfacing trade-offs, challenging conventional thinking, aligning priorities, and driving decisions to closure.

Lead cross-functional execution across Commercial, Product, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other relevant teams.

Build executive narratives and decision-ready materials that communicate complex findings with clarity, precision, and commercial relevance.

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in pricing, commercial strategy, growth strategy, data science, quantitative analysis, management consulting, or a related discipline.

A master's degree in a quantitative, business, data science, economics, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred

Proven experience using quantitative analysis to support commercial, pricing, monetization, or growth decisions in technology, e-commerce, travel, management consulting, or a comparable environment.

Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-impact pricing or growth initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurable results.

Advanced SQL skills and strong technical ( e.g. Python or R for modeling) capabilities

Strong experience designing, analyzing, or interpreting controlled experiments and translating results into business decisions.

A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams across functions, markets, and geographies without relying on formal authority.

Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance analytical rigor, customer and partner value, and commercial outcomes.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms, and the ability to communicate insights through compelling visual and executive narratives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership and external partners.

A high-ownership, bias-for-action mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

What success looks like

Pricing insights and experiments consistently lead to better decisions, coordinated execution, and measurable business impact.

Stakeholders across functions and markets are aligned around shared priorities, decision principles, and ways of working.

Pricing and experimentation capabilities become more scalable, repeatable, and embedded across B2B partner channels.

The organization makes faster, higher-quality decisions because complex questions are translated into clear choices and practical next steps.

Teams and individuals around you grow through your coaching, leadership, and ability to raise the standard of analytical and strategic thinking.

You are a trusted advisor to senior leaders, known for recommendations that are clear, rigorous, actionable, and commercially grounded.
