We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Autodesk Project Management team in EMEA. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage the execution and completion of Consulting Services for our largest customers, from start to end. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet Customer expectations. You oversee the work of the Project Delivery Team, consisting of one or multiple consultants, during project execution.

This role also requires curiosity and practical understanding of how AI can improve project delivery, team productivity, customer outcomes, and consulting operations. You will be expected to adopt AI enabled ways of working and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices through the responsible use of AI tools.

You will report into a Manager of the Project Management team as an individual contributor

You will be based in commutable distance to our office Krakow, Poland

You will enjoy flexibility with a hybrid workplace arrangement

Responsibilities

Oversee consulting customer projects, implementing Autodesk Solutions and Technologies

Collaborate with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align Customer Success Plans with evolving customer needs

Translate project vision into clear goals for the delivery team

Coordinate project scoping activities with customers, inter-departmental teams, and account teams

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and controls using standard Project Management software and tools

Use AI tools responsibly to improve project planning, reporting, risk management, communication, documentation, and delivery efficiency

Identify opportunities to apply AI enabled ways of working across project delivery, while ensuring quality, compliance, and customer trust

Monitor project progress to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters and manage project risks

Manage external resources (contractors), oversee contracting, delivery and invoicing

Forecast project revenue and contractor service fees

Participate in account team meetings and customer business reviews

Minimum Qualifications

Have working proficiency in English and another European language

Bring up to 5-10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting within the IT or AEC/MFG industry

Have experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy building customer relationship

Have a structured and organized approach, set yourself clear goals and deliver

Value processes and compliance

Are comfortable managing several projects in parallel

Appreciate an environment with frequent change and novelty

Have a clear interest in Project Management and a commitment to continuous development within the field.

Demonstrate team management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset

Have practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, communication, documentation, project planning, reporting, or decision support

Demonstrate curiosity and commitment to developing AI literacy and applying AI responsibly in a professional services environment

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or other project management certifications recommended

SAFe, Scrum or other agile certification is a plus

Experience driving AI adoption, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation in a project delivery environment, including the use of AI enabled project management, collaboration, reporting, or knowledge management tools, is a plus

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Poland based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $158,000 and $232,100. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
