Specialist CoE IT S&I Endpoint

Your Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and continuously optimize the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment.

Manage software deployment, operating system deployment, and patch management across the enterprise.

Ensure endpoint security through client hardening, BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and security baseline management.

Monitor client health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high deployment and compliance rates.

Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and device enrollment processes in hybrid environments.

Support Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 endpoint management initiatives.

Develop reports and dashboards to monitor compliance, inventory, and endpoint performance.

Contribute to the modernization of endpoint management services and the transition toward a secure hybrid workplace.

Your Profile

Completed IT education (HTL, FH, university, or equivalent qualification).

Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM.

Strong knowledge of software deployment, patch management, and operating system deployment.

Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 endpoint management.

Good PowerShell scripting skills and experience with automation.

Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL Server, and SSRS.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and reliable way of working.

Good written and spoken English skills.

High level of ownership, quality awareness, and team orientation.
