Transformation Manager

In your role as Transformation Manager, you will identify and drive business transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence across AT&S. You will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into sustainable business value.

Your Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize business transformation opportunities across the organization.

Drive process improvements and target operating model development.

Lead transformation projects and programs from planning to implementation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and drive successful outcomes.

Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions.

Support change management activities and organizational adoption.

Develop business cases, roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.

Monitor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience in business transformation, management consulting, process management, or operational excellence.

Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and process optimization methods.

Experience working in international and matrix organizations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with executive and operational stakeholders.

Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
