AI Transformation Manager

In your role as AI Transformation Manager, you will identify and implement AI-driven opportunities that improve business performance, productivity, and operational excellence across AT&S. You will collaborate with business, IT, and data experts to translate AI potential into measurable business value.

Your Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across the organization.

Drive AI-enabled process improvements and workflow optimization.

Develop business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans for AI initiatives.

Coordinate AI projects with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

Support change management, training, and user adoption of AI solutions.

Establish AI governance standards and ensure compliance requirements are met.

Monitor performance, track benefits, and identify further optimization opportunities.

Advise management on AI trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Process Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.

Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.

Proven experience in project, transformation, or business analytics roles.

Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Ability to translate complex topics into clear business recommendations.

Structured working style with high attention to detail and quality.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
