Maintain and align participant data, ensuring accuracy across HR, payroll, and vendor systems across multiple global locations.

Support country-specific operational requirements related to payroll, tax, legal, and reporting processes.

Partner with regional HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to support smooth program execution across global employee populations.

Act as the primary contact for our equity administration and ESPP vendors (resolving issues, coordinating system changes, driving improvements)

Maintain process documentation and internal control for equity administration

Respond to employee questions about LTI and ESPP participation with clarity and professionalism

Support year-end reporting, tax filings, and audits related to equity programs

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resource related field

At least three years’ experience in global compensation, equity administration, or total rewards (preferably on a global scale)

Fluency in English

Prior involvement in ESPP implementation is strongly preferred

Hands on experience with ESPP and/or LTI administration

Working knowledge of equity administration platforms (e.g. Shareworks, ComputerShare, Fidelity, or similar)

Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple global stakeholders and external service providers across time zones and cultures.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and strong process/organizational skills

Sensitivity and sound judgement in handling confidential information
