Our interaction designers work in agile and interdisciplinary teams on websites and platforms for major brands as well as for startups. Our teams combine conceptual thinking, a sophisticated understanding of design and a deep knowledge of web and app development to develop a digital product or service with a user-centric approach. In doing so, we advise and coach our clients' teams to provide the best customer experience for their customers.

Description

You are a confident UI/UX designer, thoughtful problem-solver, and systems thinker. You drive the design and delivery of digital products, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to create intuitive, coherent and meaningful user experiences. You understand that digital products today are shaped by strategic intention, systemic consistency, and by intelligent, AI-driven interactions – bringing this perspective into your design decisions and daily work.

Contribute to and evolve design systems in Figma within a certified partner environment, leveraging advanced workflows and tooling. Your role is to help define, design and implement product experiences that translate brand intent into usable, scalable and future-ready digital systems.

Your Tasks

You lead the design of complex digital products end-to-end – from early concept and UX strategy through to scalable UI systems and implementation – ensuring every touchpoint is grounded in user needs, business goals, and brand intent

You translate research insights, product ambition, and brand direction into clear interaction models, intuitive user flows, and high-quality interface design that scales across ecosystems

You work closely with product, engineering, research, and strategy teams to shape feasible, forward-thinking solutions – aligning vision with execution at every stage

You actively integrate AI into your design practice – from generative workflows to prototyping and content creation – and push the boundaries of how AI can enhance product experiences

You design AI-powered interactions such as conversational interfaces, adaptive systems, and personalization patterns – always with a strong understanding of human–AI interaction principles

You drive iteration and validation cycles, using user feedback and data to continuously refine and elevate the product experience

You take ownership of design systems, contributing to and evolving scalable component architectures in Figma – ensuring consistency, efficiency, and long-term maintainability

You establish and refine collaboration workflows across design, product, and engineering – enabling teams to work effectively within shared systems and tools

Your profile

You bring 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within an agency, consultancy, or product-driven environment

You have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, interaction design excellence, and refined visual craft

You think in systems – able to translate user needs, product goals, and brand narratives into coherent, scalable digital experiences

You are fluent in designing for AI-driven products, with hands-on experience in generative design tools, AI-supported workflows, and human–AI interaction patterns – and you know how to critically evaluate and apply these in real-world contexts

You bring deep expertise in Figma, including advanced auto layout, responsive design, component systems, variables, tokens, and prototyping – and you understand how to scale design systems across teams and products

You are comfortable working in collaborative environments, leveraging shared libraries, branching, and versioning to enable multi-team workflows

You have a strong understanding of visual identity systems – typography, layout, and color — and know how to apply brand consistently across digital products

You are experienced across the full UX process, from research synthesis to prototyping, testing, and iteration

You communicate clearly and effectively – whether presenting to stakeholders, facilitating workshops, or collaborating within cross-functional teams

You bring a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and are comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and fast-moving environments

You have excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
