Lead Development Representative - France and Benelux

Job Title

Lead Development Representative - France and BeneluxAt Amadeus, we build technology that connects the travel ecosystem. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative commercial team supporting growth in the France and Benelux region. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales, using data and technology to identify opportunities and create meaningful customer conversations.

Your responsibilities

Identify and engage target accounts across the France & Benelux region

Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social channels

Qualify leads using clear frameworks and contribute to early‑stage pipeline growth

Maintain accurate data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales tools

Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align messaging and improve outreach effectiveness

We'd like to meet you if

You have at least 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation in SaaS environment

You enjoy communicating with people and building professional relationships

You are comfortable working with data and digital tools, or keen to learn

You take initiative and are open to suggesting improvements

Fluent in French & English
