Are you interested in process improvement, data analytics, and the use of AI to transform how organizations work?

As a Deal Management Process & Insights Specialist, you will help enhance Deal Management processes, tools, and reporting for the Travel Unit. Working with teams across the business, you’ll identify ways to simplify workflows, automate repetitive tasks, deliver useful insights, and encourage the adoption of innovative digital tools.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing data, improving processes, and learning about emerging AI technologies.

In this role, you'll:

Review and improve Deal Management workflows, including pricing, approvals, and policy-related processes.

Identify and simplify manual steps, driving efficiency and consistency.

Collaborate with teams to gather input and design practical improvements.

Support the design, testing, and rollout of new tools and optimizations.

Apply automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline operations.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.

Monitor data quality and performance indicators to ensure accuracy.

Support governance processes, ensuring insight topics are tracked and acted upon.

Work across functions to support adoption of new systems, tools, and ways of working.

Promote best practices and data-driven thinking across teams.

Your Profile:

Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related area (or equivalent practical experience).

Relevant experience gained through studies, internships, or professional roles.

Familiarity with process improvement, automation, reporting, or business operations.

Interest or exposure to Deal Management or commercial operations is a plus.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with others.

Curious, proactive, and open to learning new tools and technologies.

Experience or interest in some of the following:

Business intelligence tools such as Power BI (dashboards, KPIs, data modeling, etc.).

Spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or similar.

Automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or equivalent).

SharePoint or other collaboration platforms.

Data analysis and visualization techniques.

AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar.
