Senior Manager, Account-Based Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Account-Based Marketing to build and run Almetra's marketing function, reporting to the Head of Growth. This is a hands-on, AI-native role: you'll lead account-based marketing to our strategic accounts while also owning the broader marketing operations that keep a lean, one-person marketing function running.

You'll work closely with GTM leadership and sales to shape how our strategic accounts understand Almetra, build targeted ABM programs, and establish the operational foundation marketing runs on day to day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and run account-based marketing programs targeting our strategic accounts, from

account selection and messaging to multi-channel execution

• Own positioning and messaging for target-account engagement across content, outbound, events and partnerships

• Build repeatable demand and ABM motions that convert into pipeline and revenue

• Use AI tools to move faster across research, content production, campaign execution and reporting, this role is built around working AI-first, not bolting AI on afterward

• Create high-leverage content, case studies, and thought leadership in partnership with sales and customers

• Manage day-to-day marketing operations: reporting cadence, tooling, budget tracking, and

process, as the sole owner of the marketing function

• Partner with the Head of Growth to prioritize initiatives and report on marketing-sourced pipeline impact

YOU ARE

5+ years in B2B SaaS or deep-tech marketing, with hands-on ABM experience — ideally with enterprise or industrial customer accounts

• AI-native: you already use AI tools daily to work faster and better, and you default to finding the AI-powered way to do something before the manual one

• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution: you can build an ABM program and also run the marketing ops that support it

• Experienced operating as a lean or solo marketing function, not just a team member within an established one

• Comfortable working directly with sales and GTM leadership to test and iterate messaging quickly

• Organized and self-directed, able to juggle strategic account work with operational marketing tasks
