We are seeking an experienced professional in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Innovation to lead the adoption and evolution of the company's AI capabilities. The role will be responsible for defining the AI strategy aligned with business objectives, identifying and prioritizing high-impact use cases, and coordinating cross-functional teams involved in the design, implementation, and operation of AI solutions.

The successful candidate will act as the key point of reference for Predictive, Generative, and Agentic AI initiatives, working closely with Business, Data, Technology, Cybersecurity, Architecture, and AI Governance teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable value, remain scalable, and comply with corporate and regulatory standards.

The role will also drive AI adoption across the organization through the definition of success metrics, promotion of best practices, and the development of a strong AI culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Transformation

Define and evolve the organization's AI strategy in alignment with business and transformation objectives.

Identify opportunities to create value through Predictive, Generative, and Agentic AI capabilities.

Maintain the AI initiative roadmap and monitor execution progress.

Use Case Identification

Partner with business teams to identify and assess AI opportunities.

Support the development of business cases and value assessments for AI initiatives.

AI Solution Design & Delivery

Participate in the functional definition and assessment of AI solutions.

Coordinate implementation activities across internal teams and external vendors (or participate, if neede it).

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives to ensure successful delivery.

Governance, Risk & Quality

Work closely with the AI Governance team to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure appropriate monitoring, controls, and quality assurance processes are in place.

Promote Responsible AI principles and sound risk management practices.

Operations & Performance Monitoring

Monitor the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions in production.

Define success metrics and continuous improvement mechanisms.

Coordinate operational activities required to ensure stable and effective adoption of AI solutions.

Financial Management & Value Measurement

Manage budgets associated with AI initiatives.

Monitor and optimize operational and technology-related costs.

Innovation & AI Adoption

Identify emerging AI trends, technologies, and opportunities relevant to the business.

Drive initiatives that accelerate AI adoption across the organization.

Act as an internal AI advocate and trusted advisor.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate initiatives across Business, Technology, Data, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and AI Governance teams.

Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.

AI Community & Enablement

Lead the creation of AI frameworks, guidelines, and best-practice materials.

Promote training, awareness, and communication initiatives related to AI.

Foster an internal AI community that encourages knowledge sharing and capability building.

Technical Knowledge

Artificial Intelligence

Strong understanding of Predictive, Generative, and Agentic AI concepts and technologies.

Experience with enterprise AI platforms, tools, and solutions.

Knowledge of AI performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation techniques.

Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, automation, and MLOps/LLMOps concepts.

Data & Analytics: Ability to work effectively with Data and Analytics teams.

Architecture & Technology

General understanding of modern technology architectures and cloud-based environments.

Ability to collaborate with Architecture teams in evaluating solution options.

Understanding of integration, security, and scalability considerations for AI solutions.

Governance & Risk: Understanding of risks associated with the adoption and operation of AI solutions.

Professional Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience leading AI, Innovation, Data, or Digital Transformation initiatives.

Demonstrated experience in the implementation and adoption of AI solutions within business environments.

Experience defining and tracking KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization indicators.

Previous experience in the financial services industry or other highly regulated sectors is highly desirable.

Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Data Science, Engineering or a related discipline

Preferred:

Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Innovation, or Digital Transformation.

Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud Technologies, Agile, or Project Management.

Languages

Fluent Spanish.

Fluent English (minimum B1 level required).

Experience working in international and multicultural environments is desirable.
