You will be responsible for:

Managing end to end Financial Operations on French Market,

Chasing and matching Transaction based on official contract notes,

Placing client’s orders on the market through available tools,

Team mailbox monitoring throughout the day,

Responding to queries from internal or external sources in relation to the activity,

Preparing reports (checklist, KPI etc.),

Investigation and fixing any issues regarding daily business to avoid delays,

Monitoring of all daily actions in the team’s activity, noticing weak spots, suggesting solutions and workload streamlining.

Our requirements

Fluency in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Accuracy and attention to details

Self-motivation, willingness to learn

Proactivity and ability to take initiative

Optional

A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage.

Prior experience in the financial sector

Risk awareness and ability to propose process improvements
